QuietLeaks (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the affiliate link health monitoring service available at quietleaks.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the service.

Information you provide directly

• Account information: email address and password when you register.
• Affiliate link data: URLs, labels, and affiliate network names you add to the service.
• Billing information: payment details processed securely by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers.
• Communications: messages you send to our support team.

Information collected automatically

• Click data: when a visitor clicks one of your proxy links, we record the timestamp, approximate country, and device type. We do not collect IP addresses or set third-party tracking cookies on your visitors.
• Usage data: pages visited within the dashboard, features used, and error logs to help us improve the service.
• Cookies: session cookies required for authentication, and optional analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the QuietLeaks service.
• Monitor your affiliate links and send health alerts.
• Process payments and send invoices.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Send product update emails and the weekly digest (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Improve the service through aggregate analytics (never sold to third parties).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: trusted sub-processors (Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for billing, Upstash for rate-limiting, Sentry for error tracking) under strict data-processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger or acquisition, with advance notice to users.
• With your consent: for any other purpose, only after obtaining your explicit permission.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Click analytics are retained according to your plan (7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, 1 year on Agency). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@quietleaks.com. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.

We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls limiting which team members can access production data. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability (export your links as CSV from the dashboard).

QuietLeaks is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
