Terms of Service

By accessing or using QuietLeaks (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

QuietLeaks is a SaaS platform that monitors affiliate links for breakage, tracks click analytics, and delivers alerts when links fail. Features vary by subscription plan (Free, Pro, Agency) as described on our pricing page.

• You must provide a valid email address and maintain accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Monitor links that distribute malware, illegal content, or violate third-party rights.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond what our API explicitly permits.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices are in USD.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You can cancel at any time from the Settings → Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion for billing errors.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

The Free plan is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. We may change free plan limits or discontinue the free tier with 60 days' notice to affected users.

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by QuietLeaks and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data (affiliate URLs, labels, click data) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to operate the Service.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Monitoring check intervals are best-effort — actual check times may vary due to system load, maintenance, or third-party infrastructure issues. We are not liable for commissions lost during outages.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ALL BROKEN LINKS WILL BE DETECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIETLEAKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold QuietLeaks harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it is deleted. You may export your links as CSV before cancellation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as a class action.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
